From The Father With Love

All heaven sang that night good news to declare
No sight had been seen like this
In the past of Israel
Kings and shepherds gathered
To see the King arrive
But all their eyes beheld was a helpless Babe
In a crib
He was a gift to us a love gift from above
Simply signed from the Father - with love
Thirty years later on a hill outside Jerusalem
Stood a lonely cross where just a few gazed at Him
An innocent man like a lamb made sin for us all
The King of kings hung there
As helpless as in the stall
At the end of time we will be gathered
With every tribe and tongue will you be there
That Babe and Passover Lamb exalted as the King
No longer helpless now but ruling everything
