God Has Provided

God has provided a world rich in plenty
Here in our homes we have all that we need
Food on the table clean water to drink of
More than enough for our families to feed
Yet as we feast there are millions go hungry
Through every day countless lives are laid bare
Peace and goodwill are proclaimed for all nations
It's time to show that we care

Day after day is just like every other
For many people just struggling to live
Sometimes it feels like there's too many problems
What should we do and to whom should we give
But for some people we can make a difference
Bringing a hope into days of despair
God has commanded to love one another
